Director - Writer - Producer
BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Tunisia and now make my home in Los Angeles, where I continue a journey that has taken me across film sets, festivals, and cultures around the world. I studied directing at the French Film School (CLCF), trained at FEMIS in Paris, and completed the Cultural Manager Program at the Goethe Institute in Berlin. My first steps in cinema were behind the camera as an assistant director on productions including Star Wars and Desert of Fire, experiences that taught me the discipline and magic of filmmaking.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of directing feature films, documentaries, short films, and television projects in more than 20 countries. My films, such as Rouge Parole and Tunis by Night, have been shown at international festivals and connected me with audiences far beyond my own borders. Alongside filmmaking, I’ve also worked with broadcasters including TV5 Monde, Al Jazeera, and Abu Dhabi TV, and recently completed Candid Dreams (2025), my first U.S. feature filmed in Los Angeles.
DEMOREEL
This demo reel highlights my work in fiction filmmaking, showcasing selected scenes from narrative features and short films I have directed. While my career also includes a wide body of documentary work, this reel is focused solely on my fiction projects to reflect my approach to storytelling, directing actors, and visual style for narrative cinema.
